8. The fees for an application for authorization under subparagraph 2 of the first paragraph of section 22 of the Act, or for an amendment of authorization under section 30 of the Act, of authorization are as follows:
(1)  for a water withdrawal referred to in one of subparagraphs a to c of paragraph 1 of section 31.75 of the Act or in section 5 of the Water Withdrawal and Protection Regulation (chapter Q-2, r. 35.2) and with a maximum flow rate of less than 75,000 litres per day: $1,815;
(2)  for a water withdrawal with a maximum flow rate equal to or greater than 75,000 litres but less than 379,000 litres per day: $2,515;
(3)  for a water withdrawal with a maximum flow rate equal to or greater than 379,000 litres per day: $4,041.

(1)  for a water withdrawal with a maximum flow rate of less than 75,000 litres per day: $1,762;
(2)  for a water withdrawal with a maximum flow rate equal to or greater than 75,000 litres but less than 379,000 litres per day: $2,442;
(3)  for a water withdrawal with a maximum flow rate equal to or greater than 379,000 litres per day: $3,923.
The fees set out in the first paragraph do not apply to an application for a modification to the information or documents already provided in support of an application.

8. The fees for an application for authorization, in accordance with section 31.75 of the Act, or modification of authorization are as follows:

(2)  for a water withdrawal with a maximum flow rate equal to or greater than 75,000 litres but less than 379,000 litres per day: $2,389;
(3)  for a water withdrawal with a maximum flow rate equal to or greater than 379,000 litres per day: $3,838.
The fees set out in the first paragraph do not apply to an application for a modification to the information or documents already provided in support of an application.

The fees set out in the first paragraph do not apply to an application for a modification to the information or documents already provided in support of an application.

(3)  for a water withdrawal with a maximum flow rate equal to or greater than 379,000 litres per day: $3,288.
The fees set out in the first paragraph do not apply to an application for a modification to the information or documents already provided in support of an application.

8. The fees for an application for authorization, in accordance with section 31.75 of the Act, or modification of authorization are as follows:
(1)  for a water withdrawal with a maximum flow rate of less than 75,000 litres per day: $1,458;
(2)  for a water withdrawal with a maximum flow rate equal to or greater than 75,000 litres but less than 379,000 litres per day: $2,021;
(3)  for a water withdrawal with a maximum flow rate equal to or greater than 379,000 litres per day: $3,247.
The fees set out in the first paragraph do not apply to an application for a modification to the information or documents already provided in support of an application.

8. The fees for an application for authorization or modification of authorization for a groundwater catchment project under section 31 of the Groundwater Catchment Regulation (chapter Q-2, r. 6) are as follows:
(1)  for a groundwater catchment project supplying more than 20 persons and having a capacity of less than 75 m3 per day: $1,687;
(2)  for a groundwater catchment project having a capacity of 75 m3 but not more than 300 m3 per day or that will increase the capacity to 75 m3 or more per day without exceeding 300 m3: $1,687;
(3)  for a groundwater catchment project having a capacity of more than 300 m3 per day: $4,496; or
(4)  for a groundwater catchment project if the water is to be distributed or sold as spring water or mineral water or to be used as an ingredient in the fabrication, conservation or treatment and listed as spring water or mineral water on a product within the meaning of the Food Products Act (chapter P-29) or on the package, container or label of such a product: $3,936.
The renewal of the authorizations referred to in section 38 of the Groundwater Catchment Regulation is subject to payment of fees representing 10% of the fees payable under the first paragraph. However, if there is a change in the conditions of operation, the fees payable are those provided for in the first paragraph.

8. The fees for an application for authorization or modification of authorization for a groundwater catchment project under section 31 of the Groundwater Catchment Regulation (chapter Q-2, r. 6) are as follows:
(1)  for a groundwater catchment project supplying more than 20 persons and having a capacity of less than 75 m3 per day: $1,659;
(2)  for a groundwater catchment project having a capacity of 75 m3 but not more than 300 m3 per day or that will increase the capacity to 75 m3 or more per day without exceeding 300 m3: $1,659;
(3)  for a groundwater catchment project having a capacity of more than 300 m3 per day: $4,423; or
(4)  for a groundwater catchment project if the water is to be distributed or sold as spring water or mineral water or to be used as an ingredient in the fabrication, conservation or treatment and listed as spring water or mineral water on a product within the meaning of the Food Products Act (chapter P-29) or on the package, container or label of such a product: $3,872.
The renewal of the authorizations referred to in section 38 of the Groundwater Catchment Regulation is subject to payment of fees representing 10% of the fees payable under the first paragraph. However, if there is a change in the conditions of operation, the fees payable are those provided for in the first paragraph.
